About the Space

A beautiful light-filled coastal beachy home in Carlsbad. Enjoy the fun, light and bright decor in the many bright open spaces throughout the home. This is really the cutest space that has all the nicest decor and shows perfectly. The space includes four bedrooms, an ADU, incredible patios, outdoor kitchen, and a resort style pool and spa to make this your own little piece of paradise! The backyard space has many different spots including cozy fire pit lounge area and the lux pool! This space is sure to inspire and be the perfect backdrop to your dreams!

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
