About the Space

This newly remodeled dance rehearsal studio has 1900 square feet of open floor with plenty of natural light and clean modern lines. A large vertical floor to ceiling LED Screen in the center of the room allows for live video capture and playback of performance video and choreography. It is ideal for performances and ballet and filming events. There are full length mirrors to one side and floor-to-ceiling window walls with automatic shades on the other perimeter wall. It has a sprung wooden floor ideal for dancing, ballet and floor exercises. The unique style and inspiring interior design of the studio is well suited for film and video productions. The installed sound system with integrated wireless headset mics and bluetooth connection for playback of soundtracks is readily available for any production and events.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
