About Lasting Media
Our studios offer a creative, controlled space and everything you could need in the way of audio treatment, location, tools, team, and more. We work with full-scale networks that have large amounts of talent but don’t have the location and equipment they need to start recording, as well as individuals who need help with post-production, need a controlled professional environment to record or simply need help editing previously recorded content. If you’re looking for a professional space with high-quality, professional equipment to create your podcast, let our studios be the foundation for your success.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be moved within reason to help facilitate a particular look. We ask that furniture is put back in place as it was before it was moved.

We have a monitored security system with a camera at each building entrance.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Offices and studios are professional cleaned on weekly basis.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
