About the Space
Rust & Honey Studio is a great space for any creative to enjoy. We are a downtown loft style space with a vintage kitchen & office area. R&H can accommodate groups or individuals for meetings or classes and weekday/weekend rental periods. We'd even recommend a solo retreat to get some peace and quiet!!! We specialize in photographers, featuring seamless paper rolls, multiple sets for different style shoots, a disco ball filled bath tub and more. Feel free to enjoy included drinks and snacks during your rental. We have also hosted pop ups and styled shoots here at Rust & Honey, the possibilities are endless. We wouldn't recommend more than 13 people in our space to ensure safety and comfortability.

Tall windows with blinds that can be put down and blocked out with curtains as well, the main room has better lighting in the morning afternoon, the back area has good lighting anytime after 3pm

General Rules
Studio Rules:
• No smoking is allowed in the studio. Projects involving smoke must have prior consent of a company representative
•Music is to be kept at reasonable levels
The stove doesn't turn on so please don't try to use it
•No pets allowed without prior consent of a company representative
•All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require approval from studio owners. $75 minimum cleaning fee required, additional charges may apply depending on studio condition at wrap.
• Total 13 people max in the studio at one time. Unless approved by owners. Additional fee of $5 per each person over the limit will apply
•All pre-installed paper backdrops are free with rentals, we do reach out prior and will load any colors you like on it.
•$20 fee for full sweep/roll out of seamless on the floor
•Special order backdrop colors can be requested and installed for $99 (7 day notice required)
JUST AS A REMINDER, THERE IS NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED ON THE COUCH IN THE STUDIO. We have worked so hard to make this space what it is, and acquire unique pieces for the space and we do not want it ruined.
Disco balls are free to use but we do ask that if there are children involved with the disco balls that there will be ABSOLUTELY NO THROWING OR TOSSING of them.
We just ask to leave the studio in the exact same condition as the way it was when you came in! Kinda like the golden rule system! Treat the space as if it was yours and you'd want people to treat it!

Security cameras and recording devices
There is a small camera in the main space at the top of the closet by the stairs, and there is also one in the window in the office. Both will be on to record movement during rentals.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We clean between rentals and switch out any dirty bedding, and towels to be washed. We also do monthly deep cleans of the whole space.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
