Welcome to where industrial modern design meets upscale luxury. Our bright and north-facing studio features 12 ft. ceilings, a spacious lobby, and a minimalistic kitchenette, making it the perfect location for small events, photoshoots, video shoots, and more. Our space has many highlights that make it unique and beautiful. The breathtaking mountain views, ambient controllable LED lighting, charcoal limewash wall, and black wood slat wall all add a unique touch to the industrial aesthetic. The lobby features an industrial concrete floor and skylight, while the main studio space boasts a beautiful dark wood floor. The two-tone kitchenette and two-level bench lobby provide both functionality and style to the space. Located on the second floor and accessible by stairs, our studio is the perfect spot for creative projects. We can't wait to welcome you to our space! - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Incredible as always! Chris is very responsive and helps with any requests. The space is just as was advertised (if not, even better in person). I held a feminine dance embodiment event. Very warm and cozy!

Really happy with this venue. It was absolutely perfect for the event I was hosting. Everything was so easy to set up. Sound was instant, you just have to plug your phone in. The lighting and aircon was easy to operate. Chris was great to communicate with. And gaining access was simple and easy. I can’t fault this venue at all 😀 And would be really keen to hire this venue for future events!
