About the Space

Book the C-Room at Lokey Recording Studios! This room is for you if you want our most affordable rate, while still achieving a professional studio sound. This room is perfect for a more intimate feeling session or if you just prefer a smaller setting than our A-Room. Rate includes a recording engineer. Sessions including an engineer have a three hour minimum. LRS is the perfect place for you to record if you enjoy a chill studio, without all the nonsense. And you'll love the fresh smell of a clean studio. We care about your peace of mind while creating great music. There are three rooms to choose from and engineers available to help you record the perfect song. We're also the perfect place to record your next podcast episode or even do voiceovers. Each room is equipped with a recording booth and stocked with complimentary water and tea for your comfort while recording. Don't need to record? Some clients book without an engineer just to enjoy music. (It's perfect for date night, too!)

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
