About the Space
Situated in the trendy neighborhood of Haight Ashbury, this stylish and one of a kind space is perfect for photo/video shoots, intimate parties, baby showers, film showings, book clubs, creative gatherings, pop ups, and so much more. This is a fully private studio with large storefront windows and a street-level entrance. The windows can be covered by blinds for more privacy. Access includes a clean bathroom and a small dressing room. Surrounded by various cafes, stores, and restaurants, this location is hard to beat! For photo/video shoots: our studio comes with three 7 ft x 36 ft backdrop colors (white, black and blue). The space can be divided by velvet curtains for a more private and intimate setting. Lights and monitors are available to rent for an additional price. For event space rental: our freshly updated space comes with a soft velvet couch, three rolling chairs, coffee table and two desks. We also have an additional folding table and a small fridge that can be used upon request. Most of the furniture can be moved around to suite your needs. All photography equipment will be moved away, and the curtains can be taken down upon request. Speakers and wifi are available for use during your event. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
