Parking description
Parking is readily available and accessible at Wonder Party. Below is a handy guide showing available options and distances.
Courthouse Professional Center, home of Wonder Party More than 60 on-site parking spaces available free of charge during operating hours.
Old Town Plaza public parking, 3955 Chain Bridge road. Parking is free of charge and can accommodate more than 100 cars at any time. Two minute walk to Wonder Party.
On street parking, University drive. Seven available parking spaces. Free for 2 hours, Monday – Friday. Unlimited on weekends. One minute walk to Wonder Party.
City of Fairfax Regional Library, 10360 North street. Free parking during operating hours. Three minute walk to Room Escape Fairfax.
General Rules
Smoke Free. Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends.
Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time.
Based on your event, we may require a staff member to be onsite during your event.
All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. Please follow Peerspace’s overtime and cancellation policies.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras in the common areas to ensure your safety. No audio is recorded.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Space is clean and disinfected according to guidelines from local health authorities.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
