About the Space

Welcome to our space, the perfect venue for small gatherings, content creation, meetings, workshops, and intimate celebrations. Our space can accommodate up to 50 guests, and it's equipped with everything you need to make your event a success. Our event space is equipped with six conference tables and fifty office chairs for your convenience and comfort. These items can also be removed to clear out the space. The space features controlled double door access, as well as a security camera system. There are two bathrooms that are located in a common area. High-speed WiFi, two cell phone charging stations, multiple outlets throughout the space, an in-ceiling speaker system, and 11 Smart TVs are all available for your use. The space measures a total of 1900 sqft, with a main room measuring 26' x 38' and a smaller room measuring 14' x 14'. The flooring features a modern vinyl plank design. For your convenience, there is a small kitchenette with a shared fridge and sink. If you require additional kitchen amenities, we can open up our larger kitchenette upon request. This space features three fridges, a microwave, coffee maker, ice machine, and ample prep surface. Our flexible booking options and affordable rates make it easy for you to plan your event without breaking the bank. Whether you're hosting a business meeting, a yoga class, a birthday party, or a small conference, our event space is the ideal location.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Guests are responsible for cleaning up and leaving the space as they found it. We come in between bookings and disinfect high touch areas, sweep and vaccuum. The bathrooms and extra kitchenette are cleaned nightly.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
