About the Space
We offer multiple lounge areas featuring plush seating, expansive screens, a well-appointed bar and kitchen, a billiards table, garage doors, and other amenities designed for your comfort and enjoyment. Our prime location directly on the Swamp Rabbit Trail positions us conveniently near The Commons, a Southernside Brewing Company, and the picturesque Unity Park. Additionally, our spacious covered porch/deck provides ample outdoor space to relax and unwind.

This space is perfect for a group of five or fifty! We had fifty. We rented some cocktail tables, galvanized drink tubs, and chafing dishes to keep the food warm. Social House is in a GREAT location and the staff is very helpful. thanks Ashley C for helping us keep this party a surprise for the guest of honor. I will definitely be back to Social House! A+

Fantastic space for my sons 18th birthday party! Plenty of room to set up catering, balloon arch/decor, drinks, etc. Ashley was very responsive during the booking process and Derek was extremely helpful during the party with set-up and teardown. We will definitely book again and highly recommend for anyone looking for a chill roomy venue to host your next party.

Had the best 40th birthday party for my wife at the Social House. Ashley (host) was great to work with and everything was super easy. The space is awesome and we were able to make adjustments to the furniture to make better use of the space and create an area for everyone to dance as I had a musician (Trey Stephens). Having a large bar space was wonderful for the bartenders (BLANA Bar Service) I hired. We had about 60 guests. Being able to go outside on the covered porch was also really good. Derek who was there during set up was super helpful and was available to help with any issues. I had many guests say how cool the space was. I HIGHLY recommend this venue if you are looking for value for money where you can be in control of your party and how you want it to be.

This space is awesome and so is the staff! We had an event here and our guests loved it. The vibe of the space is very chill and welcoming which is a plus. Ashley and David were very helpful and responsive, they made sure that we had everything that we needed. The booking process was straightforward and the price is very reasonable and worth it.
