New construction on West Lake Sammamish conveniently located in Bellevue with 75' of flat, sandy beach and a one-of-a-kind house including a cement-floored beach bar with garage door to the lawn, several outdoor areas with a linear fire pit and outdoor eating area(s), a media room with shiplap walls and 20' ceilings, a Hamptons-esque kitchen and black lacquer with white marble bar, a covered deck with fireplace. Exceptional, special location for your executive or team offsite. Meet in the beach bar or media room with additional spaces inside and out for breakouts or a change of scenery. Relax at the end of the meeting with refreshments on the terrace or games on the lawn or beach. There's nothing else like this on the lake for your occasion!

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We booked Cate's house for a professional photoshoot and it was nothing short of exceptional. Perfectly maintained, the house offered an ideal setting for our confidence-building program's photoshoot. The kitchen, living area, beach bar, and lofty media room were standout areas. Our photographer kept saying, "This space is perfect for shooting," as it naturally offered the perfect lighting with all the white walls and decor. Cate was an exceptional host too. She welcomed us with a bright smile and gave us a tour of her immaculate house. Her warm hospitality left us feeling supported and welcome. In short, Cate's home is a dream come true for anyone seeking an inspiring, versatile venue. Truly, it's even more gorgeous in-person. P.S. - our entire crew wanted to move in and stay forever.
