Main floor is open - dining & living area w/ double-height ceiling. Beautiful remodeled kitchen that won't disappoint. Lg skylight & sliding glass doors that open to balconies w/ glass railings. Top Floor - Entire Master Suite. Bottom Floor - 3 bdrm, den and private beach access. Centrally Located.

Parking description
Two cars in the gated driveway. There is also street parking available.
General Rules
1. No shoes allowed in house.
2. Do not run AC while windows/doors are open.
3. One pet allowed under 50 lbs, subject to pet fee.
4. Events allowed are birthday parties and family gatherings.
5. Total number of attendees (including the guests staying at the property) to be allowed - 8.
6. Garbage bins (blue and brown) to be put out on street (about 3 feet from white line) every Tuesday evening for trash pick up on Wednesday morning.
7. Guest to remove fitted sheets, reg. sheets and pillow cases from all used beds and put into washer/dryer prior to checkout. Please do not overfill washer. Master bedroom, ocean bedroom and back bedroom linens are ok for 1 load. Bunk bedroom linens for second load.

The property is professionally cleaned prior to guest's arrival.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
