About the Space
The space is large , with parking and plenty of activities included such as hot tub, mini golf, and arcade. The home has 4 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms . The entire property is fully fenced in and private. There is a covered patio area for your convenience. We also have a separate unit in the back that is fully remodeled and can be rented out with this unit as a package unit . Great for commercials , photo shoots or corporate gatherings. Space can hold 3-4 cars comfortably
General Rules
No unauthorized events. We would like to know what the space is being used for.
Quiet hours are 10pm-6am.
Parking spaces are limited so we ask that you adhere to the 3 car limit.
No smoking indoors.

Security cameras and recording devices
Cameras point at main entrances . Private areas such as indoors and hot tub are not recorded.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

We hire a professional cleaning company with experience in COVID protocols
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
