About the Space
Our premier event space and production studio is a 5,800 sq. ft. open-concept floor plan with amazing natural light, floor to ceiling windows and lush city skyline and water views. We are located in the heart of Miami near the Health District and situated along the Miami River. PLEASE REVIEW OPTIONS BEFORE BOOKING: • Production Studio Rental - consists of two (2) photography sets with a 10 foot motorized pull down backdrops. Upon request and at rental rates, sets can be equipped with electrical power and lighting equipment. Each set is rented at a total of four (4) persons per hour (which includes photographer). For access to shot throughout the space, which includes, skyline views, the premium access add-on is available for an additional $75/hour. Full private rentals with up to twenty (20) persons is available for $300/hour. This rental allows the use of food/beverages. • Event Rental - an open format space for 250+ guest capacity, ADA restrooms, standard A/V components. Outside food and beverage catering allowed upon approval. Immediate garage access and/or loading dock. Utility closet and prepping station available for use. **Special event insurance and liquor liability coverage required.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
