About the Space
Located in West Oakland's Historic Ghost Town district, 2minutes away from I80 freeway, 5 minutes from BART in usually quiet neighborhood with street parking. Our space has held education workshops, healing events, open mic's, body movement workshops, cooking classes, boxing, seminars, community circles, movie nights, and so much more. We provide an indoor space with the options of utilizing tables, chairs, AV system, microphone, and speakers. Concrete countertop separate the space from the cafe580 style kitchen with stainless steel counter tops, for meal prep and catered food prep along with space for refrigeration.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
