No large events or parties allowed. No smoking allowed on property. Quiet hours between 9pm-8am. -Please remember this is our home. I am 100% committed to your stay being wonderful, and for that to happen I ask for us to have a mutual relationship of integrity and respect. -Please be respectful of the neighbors and community. Any late, disruptive, or loud parties, noise or nuisance complaints communicated to me by neighbors and validated by police will result in your needing to vacate immediately. -No smoking inside the home or on the property, including the porch. Our home is located on the La Jolla hillside and California is known for wildfires. We ask that you help us reduce the risk of any fire by not smoking anywhere on our property. -No destruction or theft of anything on the property, the pictures are current and you are liable for what is pictured unless communicated via messages within 30 minutes of check-in. -No Drugs -No Pets -No loud parties -Quiet hours after 9pm. No Exceptions. -Please leave the unit as you found it (aside from towels and linens). If you cook, please make sure the kitchen is clean afterwards, including dishes and pots and pans if you used them.
