Nestled among tall trees on a cul-de-sac, the house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5-baths, 2 stories plus a loft. You’ll have plenty of sitting space in the main living room for a fun night of board games while the double-sided fireplace adds the perfect touch of winter warmth. You can barbecue or cook in the fully stocked kitchen and choose to eat on the 8-people dining table or on one of the 2 fully-furnished decks. You can make s’mores in the fire pit or enjoy some sunshine in the privacy of the deck. For some quiet time, you can read a book in the loft with a beautiful view of the A-frame and trees or relax in the antique standalone bathtub in the master bathroom. Fun is sure to be had in the gaming room with a pool table, darts, wet bar and Wii video game. • 1 block from the golf course • Snow Valley is about 25 minutes from the house and really fun to go skiing, sledding, etc. • Santa’s Village is fun for all ages (adults & kids) all year-round. • Lake Arrowhead Village is 7 minutes away with great restaurants right by the lake, playground, lots of grass for kids to run around, ice cream shops, clothing stores, chocolate factory, etc… • Access to the beach clubs in the summer*.
