Features: • Kawai upright piano • Rehearsal equipment: music stands, music stand lamps, pencils. • Access to kitchen: Water glasses, filtered water, refrigerator, trash bin. I will be onsite to check you in and set up the room.

General Rules
7 days a week -- 24 hours available
• No smoking.
• Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request.
• Production/filming only inside the apartment (common areas need 3-day advance approval)
• Certificate of Insurance required for large equipment and freight elevator (to file with my building 3 days in advance)
• Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest.
• Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors.
• All rentals include set up and teardown time. Please inquire for details about staffing.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
i will hire my cleaning lady to clean the apt, wipe piano, and all the equipment
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable gloves
