About the Space
900 sq ft personal training center with everything needed for personal clients and even a class setting. It has an area to stretch, weights and carido machines such as a speed bike and treadmill. Speaker for your clients to listen to their own music if preferred. Perfect professional space to bring your clients and enjoy sessions.

Right next to the studio is a dead end area where you can park if space is available at the time you arrive.
General Rules
No smoking, only trainer and clients allowed in the studio. Keep doors locked when training. If ac/heater is used please turn off at the end of your booking.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There’s 2 cameras inside , no audio only video . Also 1 camera outside no Audi only video. They can can be on or off depending on customer request.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All garbage just please place in bins. All weights and equipment back in place after each session.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
