About the Space

Light Airy Bright 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Space. This space is perfect for media production, small events, co - working space due to the fast WIFI There is ample free street parking and a narrow driveway. Living Room: 65 inch smart TV, wifi access - Kitchens: Air Fry Oven, Microwave, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes, oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, Keurig machine with coffee pods - Bathroom: Bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and mirror - Washer and dryer access in unit - Split system air conditioners found in each room. Guests can gain access with a unique code provided day of arrival. Residential quiet Brooklyn neighborhood Smoking is not allowed and will be fined $500 if smoke detectors have been tampered with and any trace of smoke smell in the unit.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
