This space is perfect for media production, small events, co - working space due to the fast WIFI There is ample free street parking and a narrow driveway. Living Room: 65 inch smart TV, wifi access - Kitchens: Air Fry Oven, Microwave, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes, oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, Keurig machine with coffee pods - Bathroom: Bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and mirror - Washer and dryer access in unit - Split system air conditioners found in each room. Guests can gain access with a unique code provided day of arrival. Residential quiet Brooklyn neighborhood Smoking is not allowed and will be fined $500 if smoke detectors have been tampered with and any trace of smoke smell in the unit.
