About the Space
The studio is ideal for yoga, dance; movement classes and workshops and art shows. If tables and chairs are rented, this space can be used for a private party, dinner, retreat meetings, even events like Paint & Sip! Original hardwood floors, huge street facing windows, this building was built in the early 1900s. The entire studio has been renovated as of February 2023. New electrical, and plumbing. Wifi has been installed. Twelve working outlets around the room (that face into the center of the room). A few plants live in the studio. We have a LEVOIT Air Purifiers for Home Large Room, H13 True HEPA Filter Cleaner. Genderless restroom and kitchenette are available and included in rental. Five minute walk from MacArthur bart station. Conveniently on the 57 bus route. Plenty of street parking. There is a dedicated bike line and we have bike parking on the side of the building. Temescal is home to a ton of small businesses: restaurants, cafes, specialty shops and creative spaces.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
