With high ceilings and a spacious, open floor plan, it provides a versatile space for any event, from sophisticated wine tastings to corporate seminars. The property features catering facilities, High-speed Wi-Fi, ample parking, and accessibility features are also provided for the convenience of all guests. This event space marries luxury with functionality, featuring private rooms for bridal parties or VIP guests, and a tranquil, designated area perfect for yoga sessions or team-building activities. General Rules

Respect the Space: Treat the property as if it were your own. Please do not cause any damage to the furniture, walls, floors, or any other part of the event space. No Smoking: For the comfort and health of all our guests, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. This includes both indoor and outdoor areas. Noise Levels: Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly after 10 PM. If your event includes music or a PA system, please ensure it is not excessively loud. Decorations: If you wish to decorate the space, please do so responsibly. Do not use materials that might damage the walls, ceilings, or floors (such as nails or adhesive tape). All decorations must be removed at the end of your event. Alcohol Consumption: If alcohol is being served at your event, please ensure it is done so responsibly. Anyone suspected of excessive drinking or underage drinking will be asked to leave. Parking: Please use the designated parking lot and the shuttle or Uber will take you to the home. Do not park on the street. Cleaning: While a cleaning service will tidy up after your event, please do your best to keep the space clean and free of litter. Dispose of all trash in the designated receptacles. Safety: All fire and safety regulations must be adhered to. This includes not blocking exit doors and respecting the maximum capacity of the space. End Time: Please ensure your event concludes at the agreed upon time to allow our staff to clean and prepare the space for the next guests. Pets: No pets are allowed on the property, with the exception of service animals. We hope you have a wonderful event and thank you for choosing our venue. After each event, a professional cleaning crew is employed to fully clean and sanitize the space, ensuring it's ready and safe for the next event. General Cleaning: This involves sweeping and mopping the floors, vacuuming any carpeted areas, and dusting all surfaces. The cleaning crew will also clean all glass surfaces and windows for a sparkling finish. Restrooms: The restrooms will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This includes the toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and any other surfaces. Soap dispensers, toilet paper, and hand towels will be replenished as needed. Kitchen/Catering Area: If your event involved food and drink, the kitchen or catering area would be given particular attention. All surfaces would be cleaned and sanitized, including sinks, countertops, and appliances. Trash Removal: All trash bins in the event space and restrooms will be emptied and cleaned. If your event generated a large amount of waste, arrangements will be made for it to be taken away and disposed of responsibly. Furniture: All furniture used during the event, including tables, chairs, and any lounge furniture, will be cleaned and returned to their original positions unless otherwise directed for the next event. Outdoor Areas: If your event utilized outdoor spaces, these will also be cleaned. This includes picking up any litter, cleaning outdoor furniture, and ensuring the area is tidy. Sanitization: In light of ongoing health and safety concerns, additional care is taken to sanitize high-touch areas, such as door handles, light switches, and railings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
