About the Space
Our unique, versatile studio space encourages collaboration beyond the ordinary. This beautiful open studio was carved out of the former bar in Riverside. It's an ideal event space for pop-ups, brand or product launches, events, fundraisers, networking nights, company gatherings, and more. The space has been reimagined as a blank canvas with sleek, modern amenities like: - State-of-the-art AV equipment (including lighting) - Kitchen - Projector & Screen - Tables/Chairs - Coffee - Bar - Speakers - Mics - Stage - Street Level Access - Parking - Natural Light - Wifi We also provide on-site coordinators to ensure that your meeting runs smoothly from start to finish.

Free parking is available on site for all of our guests. No additional fees or restrictions apply.
General Rules
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the premises. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Pets are not allowed inside the space, except for service animals.
No outside guests are allowed without prior permission from the host.
Please be respectful of the space and keep it clean and tidy. Any damages or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time.
All equipments should be used with care and returned to their original location after use.

Security cameras and recording devices
For security purposes, we have installed several cameras in our space that are capable of recording video and audio.
We have a total of four cameras installed throughout the space. One camera is located at the entrance of the building to monitor all visitors entering and exiting the space, and the remaining three cameras are placed inside the space to monitor the main areas.
All cameras are set up to record continuously 24/7, and the footage is stored on a secure server. The cameras are motion-activated and will begin recording when they detect any movement in the area they are monitoring. The footage captured by the cameras is strictly used for security purposes and will only be accessed in case of an incident or emergency.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All surfaces, floors, and furniture are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using CDC-recommended cleaning products.
All linens and towels are washed and dried at high temperatures to ensure proper sanitation.
All dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are washed in hot water with soap and dried thoroughly.
All high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls are sanitized.
All trash and recycling are emptied and disposed of properly.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
