Our beautiful event space is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). This spacious, light-filled building has much to offer and will surely impress your guests, clients or employees! - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We used this space for a full day offsite. Space is beautiful, clean, and functional. We really liked the meeting rooms and there was plenty of parking around the location for the team. The host was responsive and helpful, however there were a few drawbacks. I should say I think this space is awesome for work meetings/offsites if all you really need are the meeting rooms and not the main space. There is one breakout room where you can hear everything happening in the room next to it due to the vents, which wasn't ideal. Unfortunately, even with signage on the doors we had employees, future tenants, and residents walking in and out of the space all day, which is not ideal if you're dealing with confidential materials and was disruptive. We weren't told that within the space itself is an office where building management works, so it's not a fully private location. There were also painters that day outside the building which we weren't notified about. Overall, while the space was very nice the lack of privacy was a major drawback for our team.

We organized a small gender reveal party here, it is spacious, chic and modern. The place is a hit with all the guests, received so many compliments on choice of venue. The lighting is great as well, photographs turned out great. Also the space has free wifi and clean bathrooms. You cannot go wrong with this, highly recommended.

Bright open space! Support and onsite staff were very helpful to answer questions the day-of. Smaller breakout rooms were very handy for small collaboration moments.

This space was great for our group of 30. I was surprised that there wasn't a drink fridge. We had to bring coolers of ice for our drinks, which was a hassle. More trashcans would have made cleanup way easier. Other than that, space was clean and spacious.
