About the Space
We have a traditional podcast space with a table and for chairs but for those who are looking to get more comfortable we have two (2) reclining chairs with a great back drop for your podcast. We have an 80" inch tv for your logo with a back drop (if file is available). We also have a huge waiting room outside of the podcast studio for extra guest who don't want to be on camera. Our studio comes with a multiple light package to accentuate the back drop and make your show stand out.

We have tons of onsite parking. Huge parking lot on site, the closes parking to the studio on the south side of building.
General Rules
No Smoking in the building. Outside alcohol is allowed. Catering is allowed with notice Max seven (7) guest in the podcast studio, all others will have to wait in the waiting area.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We current have two (2) Lumix cameras, that sits behind each side of the podcast table. We also have the Rodecaster Pro II for all audio and host up to four (4) guest.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
After every booking we disinfect the headphones, microphones and lysol wipe down podcast table and chairs.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

The space has informational signage including:
- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
