About the Space

Fun, colorful and unique 2-story home with high-speed wifi ,up to 65 inches Roku HDTVs and 3 workspaces. Great for video/photo productions, work meetings, retreat, or gatherings. Surrounded by Texas hilly greeneries with a private backyard, but only 10-minute drive to Austin downtown, the Domain, UT campus or the FC stadium.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
