This includes avoiding the use of tape, nails, staples, or any other materials that could damage the facility's walls, floors, or fixtures. Alternative Attachment Options: We encourage you to explore alternative methods for securing decorations. Consider using removable adhesive hooks, clips, or strings that can be easily attached and removed without leaving any marks or causing damage. Free-Standing Decor: Wherever possible, opt for free-standing decorations such as freestanding backdrops, floral arrangements in vases, or table centerpieces. These can add a touch of elegance to your event without requiring attachment to the venue's surfaces. Table Coverings: If you plan to use table coverings, please ensure they are non-abrasive and do not leave residue on the tables or other surfaces. Tablecloths, runners, and placemats are great options for adding color and style to your event. Ceiling Decor: While we understand the desire to create a breathtaking atmosphere, we ask that you refrain from hanging decorations from the ceiling or light fixtures. This includes hanging fabrics, drapes, or any other objects that may pose a safety hazard or potentially damage the venue. Removal of Decorations: At the conclusion of your event, kindly remove all decorations, ensuring that no marks, residue, or damage is left behind.
