About the Space
Layout is open, decluttered, sanitary & adaptable to many different needs. Some features of the apartment are: cement floors, high ceilings, carriage door, quartz countertops, exposed steel beams, natural stone wall. Interior decor features include: large scale abstract art work, disco ball installed to ceiling with motor & lights, colored ambient lighting, sheepskin rug, large LG tv monitor on wheels with Airplay/HDMI access, Boston Acoustic brand audio monitors, sound system with turntable, aux & CD use, large desk (with potential of desktop computer use). Property access is negotiable, depending on time & need. Amazing amenities in the building & other potential spots to use: atrium, clubhouse, historical window ledges etc.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Vanessa was super nice and responds really quick! Our crew went to film a short film scene in the kitchen space. The space looked beautiful and was exactly like the pictures! We had a great time working with Vanessa!

Perfect fully functional space for my video project. Vanessa was absolutely fantastic and extremely flexible. She worked with us when our prior shoot went long and was very easy to work with. The space is great and had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend her space if you need a studio/apartment setting. 10/10
