Our beautiful lounge and deck are perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Enjoy soaking up some rays or stargazing by the fireplace on the roof deck! - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space is beautiful. Lauren was great and professional. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because finding the space was difficult and given only 30 minutes for setup made it impossible to be ready for the event

We used this space for our company holiday party and it was AMAZING! Although it was raining and cold, the inside was just right for everyone to enjoy. Lauren was very responsive and helpful, as well as the Virtruvian staff. Thank you for making this a positive and memorable experience and we will definitely be using PeerSpace again!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOST. This was my very first time using Peerspace and I had been having great communication with the Host. I asked for the code to access the place ahead of time (a couple of days) and she said “it will be provided to you the day before or so the event because they change it everyday” I trusted that info and the day of the event since early morning I called multiple times, sent her multiple message with no answered, even today I still haven’t heard back (my event was supped to be yesterday). I called Peerspace and not answered either, they emailed me saying that they will “try” to help me. I’m still waiting for an answer for them. I payed more than $600 for the use of the place and I had to change ALL the plans yesterday because I did not have the access to enter the venue. It is very upsetting, I had people traveling to Dallas for that event. Playing with people’s time and money is the worst thing someone can do! I expect my full refund. I really cannot believe they would not let me in the place because of poor responsibility to give the access code and of course there was no one on site to help me enter the venue either. Horrible experience. 0 stars for sure. DO NOT BOOK HERE

This is a lovely space that easily accommodated 28 people for our event. Getting to this venue was not easy, however. We were given an address for the garage space that was not accurate so it took all our guest to the wrong garage. There are a lot of buildings, garages and elevators and it can get very confusing. We even sent someone local there a few days prior to take a video of how to get to the right space but without the proper address, you will still have a problem. Parking is limited as well - garage is very full and some are reserved which is off limits to guests. The onsite staff was not overly friendly and in a tight timed event, that would have really gone a long way to have someone helpful to our group. Just a few things to consider.
