About Mint House at The Reserve – Nashville
This boardroom is located in a unique space within our building. It includes a full boardroom that seats up to 16 at the main table and 4 at the round table. Additionally, there is a separate breakout space inside the room for an additional 8 guests. The space has a private kitchen and bathroom. We do allow outside food and beverage.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The host Jordi was very responsive. The space is perfect for our cooking classes. The actual Vault is pretty cook and a nice touch. We will book this space in the future.

The vault is a great (and unique) meeting space that creates an intimate setting for corporate meetings. The true highlight is how WONDERFUL the on-site staff is. I'd 100% book again.

The listing is exactly as pictured, but the images don't capture the incredible hospitality. Jordi and Samantha were absolutely wonderful to work with, helping with everything from last min materials requests and deliveries to space advice. They made sure our offsite group had everything we needed and then some. Everyone absolutely loved The Vault door, and the privacy that went along with having our own dedicated spac. The use of the upstairs lounge was key for taking calls and spreading out as needed. So glad that we went with Mint House and not other conference rooms or co-working spaces. I know Mint House will be a reference point whenever we plan future offsites.

The host, Jordi, was wonderful to work with from the very first message. Her communication and attentiveness was exceptional. Lala, at the front desk, is an absolute joy. She was welcoming, helpful and quick to assist. I really can not say enough good things about Jordi and her team. Our team really enjoyed the space. The space is fully equipped with a kitchen, a white board and wi-fi/screen-share capabilities; everything that we needed for our meeting right at our disposal.
