- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Used this space for a trade association monthly lunch meeting and presentation. The building is in a great location and was easy for our members to get to, the room is also a great space and Jason helped put out signage to ensure folks found it easily. The room has 2 large screens and has audio to connect if needed and there is a space on the side to use for food setup so bringing in pizzas was super easy. Folks in the meeting enjoyed the space and I believe we will definitely look to book here again in the future.

Great location and the space was spacious and well thought out. There is a kitchen area where we were able to utilize as well. Easy parking and power for laptop cords was a very nice feature. Jason was amazing to coordinate with!

The space/set up was awesome. The building was easy to get to and there were signs in the lobby to easily identify the room. Stacy, the coordinator, was very attentive and helpful for the day. All in all, would definitely reserve this space again for Indy onsites.

The space was spacious, clean, bright, comfortable, and had everything needed for our seminar. The contact/manager of the space, Jason, was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating of our requests for extra tables, signage, instructions on logistics, and onsite support.
