TIME. Your booking includes time needed for setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up. You will not have access to enter the space until 5 minutes prior to your booking start time. You must leave BEFORE your booking end time to avoid overtime fees. Overtime fees are charged at 1.5 hours of the original hourly booking fee. We will not extend your booking if you are late. Please be aware that we schedule a 30 minute buffer in between consecutive bookings to ensure we have enough time to clean our studio. MUSIC MUST BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM. No loud music can be played from 9-6PM Monday through Friday. Violators will be fined for loud music and quickly asked to exit the premises. FOOD. Outside catering is allowed. If food is brought, please make sure that it is thrown away and properly disposed of afterwards NO SMOKING OR FIRE. No open fire or illegal drugs are allowed anywhere in our studio. Guests may smoke outside. DAMAGES. Treat our space and equipment with care. You are responsible for any damage caused by yourself or anyone you allow into our studio during your booking. In the event that an item of furniture is stained or damaged, we will send an invoice equivalent to the cleaning or repair cost. If item has to be replaced, guest will be responsible for the replacement cost of the item. Failure to pay include will result in barring from future rental and reporting to Hosting site.
