- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Unfortunately did not have what we needed to shoot, although the space was beautiful. Would definitely try shooting here again for less involved food work.

This venue worked out beautifully for my brunch event. Parking was simple, concierge was amazingly helpful and everything went so smoothly. Space was spacious and clean

I loved this space. From the start of me reaching out to come and view the venue I was impressed with the communication and also the flexibility of me being able to come and tour the space as I live in Tacoma and had to travel to see the space. The location is in a prime area. Minutes from the space needle. They have a parking garage for guest parking. They have a concierge for letting guest in and out as the venue is locked which is an added bonus. I loved that the space had plenty of room for me and my guest. I hosted a baby shower here for my son who is set to be born in November. We had plenty of space for guest, food and everyone loved the location. I would recommend and book again in the future. Very cost effective as well. I love this place and can't say enough good things about it.
