We're excited to offer our beautiful and inclusive studio space for private classes, retreats, and events. Our studio is the perfect space to host your next gathering, whether it's a private yoga or dance class, a wellness retreat, or a community event. We provide a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere ideal for groups of all sizes and backgrounds. The venue has multiple rooms to rent, prices start at $60 for the smaller studio and up from there, with a total of 4 rooms, let us know which space we can accommodate you on.

Large parking space for guests and parking is free.
General Rules
We have a no street shoe policy for the dance floor rooms. People can wear dance shoes or slippers, but we prefer the guests not to wear street shoes in the dance area. We will however consider allowing guests to use street shoes in the main lobby areas for certain events.
Food and drink are allowed in the lobby and living room areas but not inside the dance area. If there is any selling of food, then all vendors would need to provide a seller's permit, as well as food handling licensing before receiving permission to sell.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Cameras are onsite and no recording devices in the bathrooms or dressing rooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
There is a cleaning fee, assessed with your event and will be generated upon contract
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
