About the Space
The home was done by Barbra Chambers and has a very open floor concept connecting the kitchen, family room, and dining room all together. The yard is perfect for various outdoor needs as there are two spaces in the front yard, the grass area then a stone with grass between where soft seating is. The backyard has a deck right off the primary and family room leading into gorgeous redwood trees and a grass area down below, plus a mini putting green. There are also two playhouses built into the redwood trees. Our home is simplistic and clean and the perfect place to create beautiful photos/content.

General Rules
No smoking in the building
Outside catering is allowed, you may use the front yard or the back. There is a pathway along the left side of house to get to back yard/deck without having to enter the home with food.
Please put big items back where they originally were
Front powder bath and jack and jill bathroom (between the two kids rooms) for bathroom use.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
All devices are on the outside of home, and windows/doors to detect if left open.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a team that comes in to do a deep cleaning between bookings. The house will be as spotless and clean as it is in the photos.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
