About the Space
The fully fenced backyard and pool is perfect for a pool day or small family gathering. The pool has a shallow end and deep end with a couple of pool floaties. There is also a diving board - please use caution and use at your own risk. The covered patio also houses the outdoor dining table, which can accommodate 8 seats. The 4 lounge chairs are perfect for catching some sun by the pool! Feel free to bring your own lawn games. There is one set of cornhole for your enjoyment. Please note this is for outdoor use only. 2 spots back to back in driveway, 2 spots back to back in gravel driveway. An additional 2 cars can fit directly in front of the house on the street
General Rules

Please clean up any garbage your group may leave from the yard
Do not touch, tamper with, or remove any pool equipment
Please no pool toys in the pool besides floaties as small toys can get stuck in the pool system and break the vacuum.
Please be respectful of noise after 10pm

Security cameras and recording devices
There is a doorbell camera at the front of the house and an outdoor camera facing the backyard/pool. Both cameras will be on and record video, but are not continuously monitored except in the event of a concern about rules or safety concern.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The outdoor surfaces are cleaned according to COVID cleaning standards. The lawn is mowed 2x/week and the pool is serviced between guests to re-balance and sanitize the water and remove any outdoor debris such as dust or leaves.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
