After the renters have vacated the space, the owner begins by clearing any personal items or debris left behind. They gather the necessary cleaning supplies, including disinfectant sprays or wipes, multipurpose cleaners, microfiber cloths, gloves, and garbage bags. Starting with dusting and wiping down surfaces, the owner meticulously cleans countertops, tables, shelves, and furniture. They pay particular attention to high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, and equipment handles, sanitizing them with disinfectant products. The owner then focuses on cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces, ensuring a streak-free shine. They vacuum or sweep the floors to remove dirt and debris, followed by mopping or sanitizing hard floors with appropriate cleaning solutions. Restrooms are thoroughly inspected, restocked with essential supplies, and sanitized. Trash is disposed of, and waste bins are emptied and fitted with new liners. Finally, the owner conducts a comprehensive final inspection to ensure that all areas are clean, disinfected, and ready for the next renter. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
