This stunning acre, corner property in the sought-after Baptist Hospital area. Open the door and walk into a magnificent living room with its marble floors, sky high ceilings and panoramic views of the lush tropical surroundings complete with pool and tennis court. Maiestic spaces ready for vour production or event. Villa Bianca Regina is surrounded by a lush landscaping. The outdoor area is outstanding, a huge green area with artificial grass, a luxury pool, tennis court, outside kitchen, outside bathroom, and contemporary furnished seating area. The indoor is designed by an italian interior designer and furnished with italian designers furniture. The pool side outdoor kitchen has a custom-built wood-burning pizza oven. The spacious pool side cabana with its own living room, dining, kitchen, bath, separate entrance can accommodate multi-generational living or provide you with the ultimate home office. Maid's quarters with private bath, a library, theater room and an ample 4 plus car air-conditioned garage/workshop. This is a single family home that contains 6,718 sq ft and was fully remodeled in 2021. It contains 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Infinite and unique possibilities for film production, media, photoshoot, events, birthdays, weddings, 15s, etc. Additional fees and responsibilities- for security persons and extra porta potties as needed, parking valet; depending on the size of the party. Party event clean up. Catering - you are welcome to do your own catering and drinks or we can offer catering options. You will need to rent your own tables and chairs, (we have a small amount that can be included). We do not charge for you to bring your own vendors and you are free to bring your own. - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Martina was a fabulous host and I'd gladly rent this space again. She came in to save the day when a previous venue backed out and this one was far better and the birthday party was fabulous and turned out great.
