Safety First: a. All guests must adhere to safety guidelines and rules posted in the backyard. b. Children must be supervised by adults at all times, especially near the pool area. c. No diving or running on slippery surfaces. d. Guests swim at their own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Respect the Property: a. Treat the backyard, pool, furniture, and amenities with care and respect. b. Any damages caused by guests must be reported immediately and will be the responsibility of the renting party. Noise and Disturbances: a. Respect the neighborhood and other guests by keeping noise levels reasonable at all times. b. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please minimize noise during these hours. No Smoking or Drug Use: a. No smoking or vaping allowed in the backyard or within the premises. b. Strictly prohibited: drug use, including marijuana, and any illegal substances. Guest Limit and Visitors: a. The maximum number of guests allowed is 120 people for events or gatherings. b. All visitors must be authorized by the renting party and adhere to the rules and guidelines. Parking: a. Follow parking instructions provided by the host. b. Do not block driveways, fire hydrants, or park on neighboring properties. Liability: a. Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the backyard, pool, and amenities. b. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during the rental period.
