Luxury event space with formal dining room, chef's kitchen, and grand piano

These first two floors of a luxurious, elegant, traditional European-style brownstone in the historic Hamilton Heights district offer clients the possibility to host private parties featuring live music, since the space has an excellent Boston grand piano. For an added fee, we can provide instrumentalists (pianists, guitarists, chamber music groups) and/or singers to entertain your guests in style. Parlor floor: The huge dining room (17'10 x 17'2) has a large, 10 ft by 4 ft dining table which can comfortably sit up 10-12 people. The adjacent living room is divided into two sections: the first (10'10 x 10), in between the dining room and the living room, features a regularly maintained and tuned Boston grand piano; the main living room (10'10 x 23.4) comfortably sits 9 people. We have a gorgeous china set (20, six-piece place settings) with the following serving dishes: two large oval, one round, one small oval, one round covered dish, gravy boat, tea and coffee set. We also have dozens of red wine and white wine glasses, as well as champagne flutes. Garden level floor: The large eat-in-kitchen (17'10 x 23) has a fully equipped chef's kitchen with two ovens, 6 burners, dishwasher, and all the utensils needed for a professional chef to work. It has access to a private garden with a table that can comfortably sit up to 8 people. The garden level has a separate set of china and serving dishes for up to 12 people.
