Welcome to the Howe Ranch Wedding Venue! A stunning 4-acre veteran-owned farm, nestled in the picturesque foothills of Wildomar Estates, Howe Ranch offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Temecula Valley and SoCal mountains. Tours are secured only through a booking link. Prior to making a booking, clients must acknowledge that they have read and acknowledged the entire listing contents, including venue rules, and booking checklist on our website. We have packages for micro weddings and elopement parties, as well as bigger immersive farm wedding experiences. We do not schedule unpaid tours. Plan Your Visit • 👉Site Tours: Free video tours available Sunday–Thursday. • ✅ In-person Tour: Book a Private Farm Tour Private farm tours require a booking fee, credited toward your event package upon booking: $150 for up to 4 guests ($30 for each additional guest), credited to your event. This fee is non-negotiable. Tours include optional hands-on experiences with our micro-Highland cows and other trained animals. Opting out of “animal encounters” does not waive the tour fee. • 🔸 Why Do We Charge for Tours? Unlike standard event venues, we are a fully operational farm offering unique hands-on experiences with trained animals, including our micro-Highland cows. Each tour is personalized, interactive, and led by expert and safety-trained staff. To respect our time and animal care commitments, we require a paid tour fee, which is credited toward your event package upon booking. All wedding celebrations include arch, aisle runner and decor, ceremony and reception furniture, table linen, decorations, dinner and serving ware, designed display and service tables, bars, and access to multiple landscaped spaces. The Howe Ranch's wedding inventory includes farm, Provence/shabby chic/boho. Included is also coordination of vendors and a complimentary overnight farm stay with access to a farm breakfast for the couple, plus guest rooms for loved ones as add-ons. ABOUT Nestled on the countryside foothill above the Temecula valley, this enchanting ranch is a true haven for couples seeking a captivating wedding experience. As you arrive at the property, you'll be greeted by a long, cypress-lined driveway that leads you to the heart of the hilltop ranch. The moment you step out of your vehicle, the fresh country air and the beauty of nature embrace you. The property offers numerous photo opportunities, from idyllic willows and lush landscaping to a fountain with an ornate bridge setting. Every corner reflects the rustic charm and natural beauty that makes this ranch a truly unique and memorable wedding destination. PRICING In order for us to serve you must enter the correct date, the accurate maximum number of guests (this is very important - we cannot serve you here if you submit a test booking with fewer guests), and the correct start and end times. NOTE: Selecting only one area, or planning Elopement Party Only, Ceremony Only, or Reception Only, does not reduce the price of your booking. Preparing the property for a wedding celebration of any sort requires significant resources on our end. A third and fourth area can be added as an Area Add On. All spaces are subject to availability. We have many activities at the farm year-round. DETAILS 1. The Highland Vista Ceremony Area boasts a dramatic entry and stunning views with a white crystal rock ground and mature trees providing shade much of the year; a multi-purpose concession stand, and two ceremony arches with panoramic backdrops. Guests arrive via a meandering path walking through a carefully curated garden, adorned with an abundance of flowering plants, lush foliage, and mature trees, creating a picturesque backdrop that evokes a sense of tranquility and romance. The gentle whispers of a fountain accompany your footsteps, creating a soothing melody that harmonizes with the soft rustling of leaves. At the end of the path, an enchanting ceremony area awaits where the natural beauty of the garden bordering wildland creates an atmosphere that is both intimate and grand, setting the stage for a truly unforgettable celebration. A videographer’s delight, this venue is set up to host up to 99 guests. Tables and seating can be included. 2. The Sunset Sanctuary Pool Area is a popular location for reception parties (up to ~90 guests). Tucked away on the top of our four foothill acres, you will enjoy complete privacy and panoramic views of four mountain ranges from Los Angeles to San Diego, and city lights from Temecula to Lake Elsinore. The resort-style pool area is furnished with large cabanas, lounge and dining spaces and can be customized to your desires. Some of its special features are a club room, a sitting area with a smart TV, charging stations, a rustic bar, and a shower. The club room features a lounge area, fridge with freezer, 55’’ TV with sports channels, games and toys. Please inquire ahead of time about reception staff (bar tenders, security) and add-ons such as bars. 3. The Valley View Terrasse is a large patio area lined by Mediterranean hardscape and foliage that overlooks the equestrian center, barns, adjacent pastures with livestock and the distant Temecula valley and mountain ranges. This space is ideal for small sunset ceremonies and bigger golden hour standing receptions. Set up with wine barrels for a standing reception. 4. The Barn Courtyard Area features the perfect set up for a ranch style welcome, with backdrops for photos with the mini and micro Highland cows when guests arrive at the property. Couples can book the farm animal encounter with photo opportunities with our heritage cattle - Highland and Australian mini calves, our Austrian Baroque donkeys, alpacas, lop bunnies, ducks, chickens, and a variety of mini goat breeds. Venue Fee Exclusions: Prior to booking, clients/guests must acknowledge: •    Vendors, hosts, staff are not permitted onsite outside of venue rental timeframe. •    Clients are not permitted to coordinate vendors without review and approval. •    Alcohol service is limited to a few events annually, must be approved and coordinated through the venue. •    All vendors, décor, and services must be finalized 14 days before the event. VENUE CONDUCT GUIDELINES Sound Levels: The atmosphere at our venue is intended to be lively yet suitable for a farm setting. To ensure the comfort of all guests and the wellbeing of our animal residents, moderate sound levels must be maintained throughout the event. Loud or high-energy music that could disturb our animals or the surrounding environment is strictly prohibited. No amplified sound past 9:00 PM. Sound cannot be heard outside of the contracted venue/area, and not at all past 9:00 PM. The sound is monitored electronically and by security.  Parking and Speed Limit Compliance: The private road leading to the farm venue is subject to constant monitoring and regulatory scrutiny. All guests and service providers must adhere to a 15-mph speed limit while on this road. Failure to comply with this speed limit is a serious violation that could lead to the immediate shutdown of the event. Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol service must be approved and coordinated through the venue. Only light drinking is permitted at the venue to maintain a safe and controlled environment. Excessive alcohol consumption will not be tolerated and will result in shutdown of the event. Licensed bartending service and security must be retained through the venue. Private Event Clause: Howe Ranch is committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment, thus only private events with personally invited friends and family by the host are permitted. Public events, influencer parties, and events with guests unknown to the host are strictly prohibited. Hosts must submit a guest list for approval prior to the event, detailing the relationship between the host and each attendee. Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in immediate event cancellation and will lead to forfeiture of any deposits or fees paid, in accordance with our standard cancellation policy. HOW TO TOUR HOWE RANCH: We get requests to see the venues every day and are unable to provide daily tours due to our work and animal care commitments. Our event venues are outdoor spaces. Restrooms that are part of the bookings are professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
