Parking on site is available for groups at $40 per day. Discounts may be available for multi-day groups. There is a pay to park garage located at 207 7th Ave N, which is about 1.5 blocks away from the building (4 minute walk) for additional parking.

We invite you to make this space your dream venue while agreeing to the rules below! If you have any questions, please reach out. Groups larger than 50 guests MUST have a designated event coordinator/wedding planner for the day of the event. The Host reserves the right to cancel if an introduction is not made 30 days prior to the event date. All outside food and beverage MUST be ordered from the preferred catering list, provided by the Host. Alcohol may be brought in for the event but MUST be served by a licensed bartender. All items brought in by the guest and vendors shall be removed by the end of the rental period specified. If the event breakdown process takes longer than the specified event rental period, a late fee of $100/hr will be enforced for a minimum of a one hour charge. The event space shall be free of food and beverages. All trash is to be removed and placed in the dumpsters in the parking lot. Any areas used by the Client or their guests must be clean of personal belongings. The Client is responsible for making sure their vendors have adhered to cleaning requirements. If trash is strewn outside on the grounds by the client, a damage fee will be collected. Mint House at The Reserve is not responsible for loss or damage to client’s property. Furniture may be moved within the space but must be put back in its original position by the end of the event. Rental furniture is available via preferred vendor list, provided by the Host. Furniture setup is an additional charge. No smoking on property. No pets allowed. No glitter, confetti, sparklers, or wall decorations of any kind. Quiet Hours: 9PM - 8AM
