Just a few key rules to keep the space lovely for you and who's next. BOOKING HOURS: - Please include SET-UP and CLEAN-UP time in your booking. - We grant a 15 min grace period at the end. - Your rental will be considered "done" when the last person leaves the venue. - A 1.5x hourly rate will be added if you are overtime. CATERING & BEVS: - Catering is allowed. Sternos are allowed for food warming, but please no open flames for any other reason. - Alcohol is permitted but cannot be sold. Please make sure all bevs are enjoyed inside the space or in the backyard. Drink safely. MUSIC & DECOR - Feel free to jam and play music. Bring in your DJ, your equipment, and your speakers. Please keep the volume at a modest level. - Just bring it down by 11 pm, please. No exceptions. We have neighbors. And we want to keep them happy so you can come again. - Bring in your amazing decor and materials. We can't wait to see your #photos. - To keep clean up easy and quick, please NO GLITTER, CONFETTI, or CONFETTI BALLOONS. Also, if you need to place items on the wall, use wall-safe tape or post-its ONLY. No nails, hooks or push pins. Damages will incur a penalty fee of 1.5x the hourly rate on the final bill. - Please make sure our furniture is back where you found it. You are responsible for returning the space to the same condition that it was provided. SMOKING - Please no smoking or vaping of any substance in any of our indoor spaces or the backyard. - If guests must smoke, please do so in the standing area by the front of the venue. TRASH AND YOUR THINGS - Please make sure you take all of your equipment, rentals, and items with you when you leave. We are not responsible for any property left behind after your rental. - Please place all trash in the trash bins. Recycling should be placed in the appropriate bags. OUR ONSITE MANAGER - Our team of hired hands may enter and exit the premises during the course of your event to make sure everything is running smoothly. We will be checking and replenishing the bathroom, and making sure the overall premises are up to standard. - Our team of hired hands has the full authority to remind the renter, the host, the DJ, or the caterer of these policies for a successful event. - If there are repeated reminders or infractions, your event will be at risk of getting shut down. No portion of the event costs will be refunded.
