Pictures. Photography. Our history: This 1000-square foot barn was built in the 70's to support the property's 20-acre avocado grove. As water prices rose, the business dried up, and the grove retired. The barn, under new ownership, has been renovated with a few touches of modern elegance to host the event or gathering you've been dreaming about. When renting The Lilac Barn for your event, you will have access to our 20 acres. This includes a (non-standard) pickle-ball court, jacuzzi, hiking trails, orange tree picking, kids play ground, and farm animal fun. We have chickens, dogs, cats, and three dairy goats. Please feel free to inquire about animal experiences! All animals are safely gated, approximately 1/4 mile from the barn. The Barn Suite For events, the host will have access to The Barn Suite, the second floor 400-sqft studio directly above The Lilac Barn. This includes a double oven for quick and easy food preparation, an additional fridge, farm house sink, bathroom, luxury coffee table, and foam covered beds. There is an outdoor restroom building with one private stall, suitable for up to 40 guests. Please reach out with any questions!
