About the Space
The house is great for filming, photo shoots, and small gatherings. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A huge pool and a backyard area. It has a beautiful living room with a piano and a renovated sun room with swimming pool view. The master bedroom is enormous, has a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. It also has a pool view. The house is surrounded with large palms trees and flowers.

General Rules
No smoking in the house. Outside catering is allowed. Swimg at your own risk. Not running or diving around the pool area.

There are 4 camaras outzide. All the camaras in the outside will be turned off. There are not camaras inside. The only person who sees the camara is the owner.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
