The parking lot can fit up to 30 cars. South and West of the front parking lot are additional parking lots.

There are Bi Color Light Panels above the island, 3 recessed lights 4000K above the sink and house fluorescent lights. Additional lighting equipment is available for rental.

The space is not sound proof and has an ambient noise of 40 decibels. Major sounds that potentially could be heard on occasion would be train, rain, major construction from adjacent business.

Ground Floor

Equipment can be loaded in from the front or back of the studio. There is a 10' garage door and ramp as well as a 48' dock for equipment to be loaded in.

Makeup/Changing Room

Only booked studio spaces are available for filming. Any other studios can be booked if needed/available.

The power is a 220 three phase that powers the space. There are multiple 110V outlets with 2 receptacles along the north facing wall. The circuit breaker is located in the back of the building and can be accessed with the Studio Manager's approval.

Rules -No smoking inside the facility. -No unpermitted use of the conference room, community floor, production studios, or the recording studio without proper booking. -No guests are permitted in the facility and on the premises after 8:00 pm or before 10:30 am. (An After Hour Booking Fee applies for reservation outside of these hours) -Members’ accounts will be charged upon breakage of equipment. -Whenever you are booking any studio stage, you are required to start breaking down your session/meeting and making sure that you vacate the studio stage by the end of your booked session. -If go over your session time, an extra hour will be applied to your session. -Setup and breakdown are included within the hours that the space is booked. -You must be courteous and consciences of your other members productions and or meetings; we take pride in being a fun and friendly creative community! -No littering inside or outside of the facility. -No hard alcohol on the premises. (beer and wine is okay) -No real weapons, firearms, or drug paraphernalia of any kind permitted in or on the facility grounds. -No unpermitted use of areas outside of the facility. -No use of anything destructive to the studio including color smoke bombs, drilling or screwing into the walls, etc. -When cooking, proper use of the fans to ventilate the space is required. Social Media Policy: -Any photos taken at the studio that are shared on social media and are non-commercial (that means not produced for a client) must be properly tagged .

Furniture can be moved, but must be moved back. Any thing that is hanged needs to be done with nondestructive command strips.
