Natural daylight, disability access, pet friendly, ultra fast Wi-Fi, CCTV, fully fitted kitchen, entrance via gallery on the first floor. Public parking 2 minute walk away. Dalston Overground 5 minutes. 400sq ft, Height: 3 meters / Width: 6 meters / Length: 6 meters. Side door available if needed for heavy equipment. EQ available for hire. Great for photo shoots, fashion shoots, commercial shoots, product shoots.

Equipment loading description
There is a loading zone right beside the entrance. There is a side door that can be used to load and unload heavy equipment into the studio. Loading trucks have to be moved and parked in the nearby parking throughout the day. The entrance has a ramp and there is a disability access lift that can be used for heavy equipment.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Besides the studio being rented, the rest of the building is rented on a permanent basis by other agencies, therefore those offices are off limits.

General Rules
Respect the neighbours and keep the sound level down. (Other businesses occupy this building).
Report damages, problems, and any concerns immediately to the studio personnel.
Stick to the reserved time or notify the studio in advance if extra time is needed. - Pay any additional expenses incurred by the use of the studio during the rental time.
Studio equipment (lights) are only available by request with advance notice.
Return space in the same condition as it was found within the booked time.

Production insurance is required
Damages (lights, walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
The furniture found in the rented studio can be removed if requested in advance to the Host.

24 hrs CCTV recording available in the space. No recording devices in the bathrooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space needs to be returned back as it was found.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
