About the Space
Our historic craftsman home was built in 1898 and is the oldest home on our block. Our beautiful home boasts southern elegance and charm. When you enter our door you will be welcomed by fresh flowers, tall ceilings, an arched hallway, hardwood floors, large windows, and open arms. All are welcome in our space. 1600 sqft of our home is available to host intimate gatherings of up to 30 guests. The floor plan is perfect for hosting because the hallway leads you to the kitchen, the kitchen leads to the living room, and the living room leads back to the hallway, dining room, and front parlor. The floor plan supports smooth transitions throughout the space. Use our space for intimate celebratory events, corporate events, networking events, meetings, filming, photoshoots, and production. The front porch has a 60" round table and 8 cross-back chairs, and a daybed swing that seats 4. The dining room is furnished with a 72" round table and 10 cross-back chairs. The kitchen has a breakfast nook that seats 6-7, but can accommodate 10 with additional chairs. The living room has a modular sectional and the parlor has two wing-back chairs. Interior Decor We have an in-house designer who arranges our florals which are included in the rental price and balloon garlands can be arranged as an add-on. You are also welcome to bring in an event planner of your own. Kitchen Use Double Ovens available for warming food Refrigerator available for cooling food Catering is allowed About the Neighborhood Our home is on a beautiful tree-lined, quiet, and cozy street. Our neighbors are warm and friendly. Street parking is free and easily accessible. We're 2 minutes from Interstate 20 and five minutes from I75 and I85. From our home, you and your guests can take a five-minute walk to the Atlanta Beltline Westside Trail and The Lee and White development (composed of various breweries, restaurants, a whiskey tasting room, a kombucha shop, bouldering and rock climbing, Lee and White Foodhall, co-working spaces, and more). We're less than 5 miles from everything Downtown Atlanta, West Midtown, and Midtown have to offer. Our location is centrally located to EVERYTHING.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has additional space outdoors

The home was very clean, elegant, and perfect for our baby shower. Amber is a very caring, professional, and gracious host. The rooms needed little outside decoration as the home decor speaks for itself; beautiful antiques, art, and natural light. I would highly recommend the venue for future events.

Amber-Joy was an amazing host to work with. She was personable, responsive and attentive. Her home was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect setting to welcome my first grandchild. Guests were so impressed that at least 2 of them inquired on using this space in the future. If you’re hosting an intimate event, you definitely should consider this space.

The home is absolutely beautiful. It's a classic Craftsman in Atlanta's West End. The ceilings are probably 12-feet high. Amber-Joy is an amazing hostess and from the moment we first spoke on the phone, I felt selecting her home was the right decision. She has a calming presence. I planned a bridal shower from several states away, and Amber-Joy accommodated my needs, and assured me that everything would be just fine. She even helped us with set-up before the shower and clean-up after. If I ever have to plan an event and rent a venue in Atlanta, Amber-Joy will be my first call.
