General Rules
No smoking inside the home. You are welcome to use the pool area to smoke. Catered food/ bring your food is fine. No alcohol. No pets.

Security cameras and recording devices
Security camera is at the main entrance of the home as you enter from the main door and outside at the pool area in the back of my home and at the garage parking area at the backside of the home as well.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

A professional cleaner is always engaged to keep the place in tip top order.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

- Disposable gloves
